I’m Patrick Velasquez, a Denver-based real estate advisor with a strong background in high-ticket consultative sales and hands-on construction. Before entering real estate, I spent years in roofing sales and project leadership, including roles as a Tesla Solar Roof Superintendent and commercial roofing superintendent. That experience gave me a practical understanding of property condition, construction quality, and the real costs homeowners face—insights I now use to help clients make clearer, more confident decisions.
I’m fully focused on serving buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area. I approach every transaction with the same discipline and attention to detail I brought to large-scale project management, whether helping buyers find the right home or guiding sellers through a smooth, well-prepared sale. My goal is simple: straightforward guidance, strong negotiation, and reliable communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and staying active in the Denver community. I’m excited to build long-term relationships and become a trusted resource for clients across the Front Range.
