Born and raised in the Rockies, Anean was drawn away for a while, distracted as Manager and Engineer in the global corporate world for many years…but then the mountains called her back home… Anean has worked, volunteered and played on six continents, negotiating deals up to $2Bn with top Fortune 50 companies, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders, whilst managing compliance and operational risk.
Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. Anean entered the real estate industry when her mother passed and had six properties to liquidate. Then as a Realtor(R), she found how her corporate, negotiation, and tech skills translated to the real estate industry, and how much she loves helping people with their dreams or through life changes - some more challenging than others. Anean since delved into other entrepreneurial adventures, including land-development (i.e., subdividing and improving land, and construction management), and property-management (like Short Term Rentals)).
Anean loves helping Buyers/Sellers in all stages of their real estate transactions and needs, and specializes in Luxury Homes in the Foothills above Denver. She's an expert in with on and off-grid properties, ranging from log cabins and horse properties up to hundreds of acres, to luxury mountain contemporaries. She also works with investors, helps with Single Family Residences in suburbs, first-time buyers, new builds, condos/townhomes, and land transactions. One of Anean’s top priorities is supporting seniors (and their families) make the transition to the next phase of their lives and understands tax and investing implications in those deals.

Through this, she has gained an understanding of what it takes to live, buy, sell, and maintain and operate homes sustainably in luxury, fully off-grid. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors on her doorstep and the serenity it provides daily.
